The room as immaculately clean and fresh, spacious and bright. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar was well stocked. The restaurant served good honest food, generous portions served beautifully with a smile. A great place to relax without having to leave the hotel to search for food and drink. Breakfast was truly excellent, plenty of variety on bakery items, bread of many types, pastries and pancakes. Eggs, hams and cheese. Yogurts, fresh fruit, juices. Copious tea and coffees of all varieties, hot chocolate. A selection of alternative non dairy produce. The icing on the cake was that the exit was through a petrol station enabling refuelling with ease without the need for searching around for facilities. Full marks all around, good value for money. A definite on the list for a stop on future journeys.

I like how easy fast it is to get to the room. Its very professional and clean. It has a elevator and the staff know how to speak english. They have a bunch of soup in the kinda big bathroom. They gave us a map and told us where we could go to walk the dog. We got there at 18H and we had parking space but there aren't many. We fell asleep and got too late to eat at the restaurant but the lady made us pizza either way. Really nice pizzas by the way they look tasted fresh. It has a lidl really close by and a cafe after that, very good.

Great hotel just off the motorway. Dog friendly and lovely staff. Snall restaurant with limited nenu but fine for an overnight stay with ample breakfast too.

All was very clean. Location wise perfect on the road to the sun and back. Lock up parking is perfect. The hotel staff is so kind and nice, doing all to accommodate you the best they can. We were also glad that our dogs could stay in the room at small surcharge and that the room was actually not smelling like other dogs had been in it before. Hard floors rather than carpet was a good move for cleaning purposes, unlike in other hotels of the same hotel group where you get smelly stained carpet floors sometimes. We definitely will come by again.

Lovely staff, nice food, dog friendly and in a good location for travelling onwards on the motorway. We stayed in the hotel in January and unfortunately the room smelt strongly of smoke. We couldn't open the window as people were smoking down below and it was drifting up through the window. I suffer with Asthma and the smoke aggravated my chest. I mentioned this when we were leaving and the lady on reception was very apologetic and offered us a room at the back for the return journey. We were going to cancel but as the staff were so lovely and helpful we decided to return on our journey home. She had done exactly as promised and gave us a room at the back which was perfect.

This is our third stay here en route for the Costa Blanca. It is everything an Ibis should be, clean, decent sized room, big bathroom, recently repainted (shame about the grey but guess it's fashionable) and great value breakfast. Unlike its French counterparts it was also very reasonably priced. Secure, good sized car park and an easy drive to the port and genteel resort of Hondarribiko, well worth the evening stroll.

Íbis hotels preach sustainability but this is the only one I’ve stayed at so far that has actually gone through with it. The breakfast was absolutely insanely good. The eggs were retrieved from chicken that were raised in the wild, and not in cages. The Nutella was not Nutella, it was the Nocilla alternative that does not have palm oil - and thus is not deforestating the Amazon and murdering orangotangos in the process. The pancakes, bread, croissants and pain-au-chocolat were amazing. They had vegan milk and granola too! I was very satisfied and the room also fulfilled my needs.

Very welcoming staff who immediately gave the dog a gift when we checked in.Its a popular travel hotel with plenty of parking. Good breakfast and evening steak and burger grill if you want to eat in.Staff work hard and very attentive. Will use again.

Good idea to take car registration numbers as when we last used it years ago we got boxes in and no one in the hotel could help us as they did not know whose cars were blocking our exit . love the fact as a Budget it had a well stocked bar and fresh cooked food . Bed was comfortable with good pillows . Treat for the dog from staff and given ground floor room which was really helpful
